I am watching them now and I still can't remember which is which, anyone else mix them up?

I find them easy to tell apart. Ant is taller with darker hair. And I think he always stands on the left, and Dec always stands on the right, because it's the order their names are - Ant & Dec.

Yeah i find it easy and the only time i have to watch them is when iacgmooh is on ant is taller with black hair and dec is smaller and abit funnier

With entirely different looks?
And entirely different names?

You'd have to be pretty simple to not tell them apart.
It's the equivalent of saying "Which one is Britney spears and which one is Christina Aguilera? I can't tell them apart"

Put two random people next to eachother, get told their names, then do you forget who is who? NO. Not unless you have the memory span of a goldfish with amnesia.

I watched Ant and Dec aka PJ and Duncan.....lol.... since they were in Biker Grove (showing my age) and I have never had trouble telling them apart... its not like they look the same

You have misunderstood completely. I said,'I still can't remember which is which?'

It is plain to see that they are two entirely different people. That is because they are not twins. They do look slightly similar, at least I think so. One is taller than the other, I noticed that when looking at them together. Obvious. Also they are not called Dec & Dec or Ant & Ant. That is why you said,'they have entirely different names', that is Obvious.

Britney Spears and Christine Aguilera would never be compared to Ant & Dec. That is silly to even make that suggestion or possibility. Nobody could really confuse those two. Unless they have a memory span of a goldfish with amnesia, as you sarcastically pointed out.

The confusion for myself and many others regarding Ant & Dec. Is that they are always together and introduced as Ant & Dec, but we just don't remember which is,'Ant' and which is,'Dec.'

From now on, I and other members who have read his description of Ant & Dec will know the difference.

ive always been able to tell them apart myself but they do seem to have the closeness on screen at least,of twins or brothers although to me they look nothing alike

o.k i know this is so sad but this is how i remember them.

ant has black hair and ants are black so the black haired one is ant.

Now now, there's no need to get on your high horse just because you can't tell two people apart.

And since you mentioned twins, I and many people all over the country can tell Sam and Amanda from the last Big Brother apart without any trouble =]

So you're suggesting that because they're a double act, and introduced as "Ant and Dec" leads to confusion about who is who?

I really don't see how that comes into it, as Ant is Ant and Dec is Dec regardless of whether they work together or not. You're almost suggesting they don't have their own identities, and just because they work together means they're not their own person.

I can put a name to each of there completely different faces, and you can't. So all you have to do is ask yourself why?

Perhaps you just don't pay much attention.
Or really do have a bad memory.

As im sure they address eachother by their individual names often enough, as well as people they work with calling them by their names seperately also. Such as Kirsty on Ant VS Dec featured on Saturday Night Takeaway.

They both look slightly similar, but if they were on your television screen as a couple for years on end, whilst addressing eachother by their individual names...im sure you'd be able to establish who is who even with those two smilies. They're both almost identical but it could easily be done, whereas Ant and Dec don't have two matching yellow faces, and have different voices and personalities to go along with it.
