The only real problem imo is that Chanelle slated a couple of the housemates for wearing revealing clothes in the house, not even nudity, just revealing clothes. And now she's posing for Nuts.

Nut's may not be regarded as a clasy magazine but some pictures within it could be described as staying on the side of acceptable taste to most. However such taste is dependant on each persons level of prudity....

Of course you are. But the statement "Not very respectable" sounds like it is meant to be a fact. When in fact it is only one persons point of view.

I beleive it is wrong to say someone is not respectable just because they do pin up pictures that are not even remotely lewd.

People have become more accepting of nudity due to constant exposure to it...
Just because you're used to something, and it becomes normality, doesn't necessarily make it acceptable or morally decent. It just means you're not shocked by it, hence you feel you don't have a problem with it.

We are afterall, witnessing the act of someone making a profit out of exposing their body. Which is cheap and requires no talent except having good gene's from your parents =] I don't believe things like that are right, when the majority of people have to work for their money [even many A- list celebrities such as actors etc.] Also, in my personal view, I would never date someone who is willing to expose themselves to the world in their underwear/topless with their legs wide open...
It simply doesn't represent someone who has values, or who is faithful etc.

On the other hand, this is her one opportunity to set herself up financially as previously mentioned and if she has a body that people will want to look at...she should take advantage of that for her own personal gain. There's no logical reason why not.

Nudity be it something we are used to or not is in my opinion far removed from being immoral. Many people get their knickers in a twist over the human body when in fact nothing could be more natural.

Imorality to me is when sick patients at hospitals are refused life saving drugs because of a shortage of money. While at the other end of the spectrum we give criminals a virtual blank cheque book when it comes to looking after them for as long as needed.... Nudity is a triviality....Goodness knows why some are so much in fear of it.....

It's not a fear...
It's the insight as to the mindframe of the person who is willing to do such things that can be the problem.

If nudity is so natural, if you honestly believe that, you'd be a naturist.
Which, might I add, are a group of people often judged for being "odd" by society.

If however, you cover yourself, there are reasons behind it.

Also, as I mentioned, it's not entirely about the lack of clothes, but poses such as legs being open that also have their implications.

When someone makes a job offer for a nude photoshoot, they do so because they know that they'll sell more copies and make more money due to the large amount of people who will get a direct thrill out of seeing her naked.
It's the equivalent of a picture based sexual act, exciting and pleasing people around the country for reasons that are entirely based on sexual desire/perversion.

Nudity is trivial compared to some matters, but as this is a topic based on naked pictures of Chanelle, there doesn't seem to be much chance to talk about anything else.

Lets look at Amy for example, who never turns down the chance to reveal her body...
And quite funnily enough, admitted that even after 30mins she's gagging for it and told people she wanted to ride Liam hard. Not to mention getting with Liam after one proper conversation.

All im saying is that people who expose themselves for personal gain, usually tend to be a certain kind of person [to some extent.]
And that kind of person, in my eyes, has a lack of morals.

I never implied Chanelle wasn't respectable at all! What i meant was that the poses and the clothes or should i say lack of clothes wasn't very respectable! I am a huge Chanelle fan and at the end of the day it is up to her how she chooses to make herself appear to the public...I know i won't be the first and last person to say and think this!

It's not so much the pictures but what Nuts and Zoo stand for in general. Makes Loaded and FHM look like Vogue. Nuts is grubby and tbh I don't think it's as offensive to women as it is to men. It's a magazine aimed at a stereotype. If a girl were to read it I wouldn't blame her for hating the male race.

Just like I said the reactions to the mags mentioned is dependant on each persons level of prudity.. Nothing to do with morals. It's just the perception from each of us as to what is moral or not.....Anyone of us could be right. Anyone of us could be wrong. It's all in the mind.......Prudity like jelousy can be very negative and destructive....

As you can see from my reaction to the Vanessa Hudgens issue, I'm not prudish or anti-nudity. For me it's not about morality and the fact that she is getting paid for it is irrelevant. I just think that some of those pictures look cheap and the whole appearing in Nuts is not in her best interests, they're just bimbos to the people who buy the magazines. It's a shame because when you watch the What They Did Next show she clearly says "I'm not taking my top off" which makes me think she may have felt pressured into it by the photographer. I really hope I'm wrong.
