Default Beverley\'s a school dropout

Quote:
Beverley's a school dropout
TEACHER Beverley Trotman’s school have hired a stand-in to replace her — so she can go on tour with X Factor.

The married mum of two, 38, will not return to look after class 6T until next September so she can go round the country with her fellow finalists.

Beverley has said she entered the contest to inspire her pupils at Icknield primary in Luton, Beds.

A council spokesman said yesterday: “Bev’s class is being taught by an experienced teacher and a new teacher will take the class on a permanent basis in January. Beverley is happy with the arrangement.”

TV appearances and interviews will bring in far more than her £30,000 salary and a record contract seems a dead cert.

Her voice reduced host Dermot O’Leary to tears, and steely Simon Cowell said her performance was “amazing”.
