LOOKING at these pictures, it’s not hard to see why BRITNEY SPEARS has been voted the worst dressed celebrity of 2007.

The troubled singer was snapped in a frilly skirt and trademark pink wig in LA on Monday.

The girls in the office swear it’s one of the worst get-ups they’ve ever seen.

But even worse, for us guys, are the former pin-up's horribly sunburned legs and bum.

A panel of fashion experts joined together for drinks firm Disaronno to come up with the list.

Britney was the runaway winner in the fashion hell category, with new supermodel AGYNESS DEYN voted the most stylish.

Radio 1’s fashion expert Angela Buttolph blasted: “In terms of celebrities who always get it wrong it has to be Britney Spears.

“This year we’ve seen her in mismatched outfits, dirty tops with bad hair extensions and ripped tights - she’s a shadow of her former groomed self.”
