Aside from the first night where he had to do as he was instructed, it just seems to me that John takes everything too seriously and is not having any fun and in danger of becoming a real bore.He pretty much overreacted to the whole cameraman thing tonight.Does anyone else think that John could do with chilling out?

I did kinda sympathise with him over that but I felt even after they accepted he had no part in the whole fiasco, he was still feeling pissed off by it and didn't really see the funny side of what Russell had done.

i felt johns anger too the way they all turned on him and proved how much they didnt trust him, i dont think he overreacted, he thought he was getting on with people and made some good friends but as soon as the chips were down they revealed there true colours. im wasnt at all surprised he took it badly, he had every right to. apart from that i reckon he does take things seriously hes a serious kind of guy he likes to have quiet chats with people one and one and learn about them and what they do, seems like a really respecful lad. sometimes he does need to have a bit more fun though not always act like the dad, hes got a few weeks to take life easy so im surprised hes not taking advantage and havin a laugh and stuff. probly wants to show his serious attitude on tv which is fair enough if he wants to be taken serious as a politician, i hope he does well hes one of the good guys even though hes a politician.

Not really he was just annoyed that the others thought he was behind the task.

I think he is making it into a big thing...in order to win. If he can dramatise his "journey" as much as possible he will do well. That free pass to the final is rather annoying.
