TELLY’S Anne Robinson goes out — with a shocking trout pout.

The Weakest Link presenter normally hurls a gobful of abuse at contestants who give her lip.

But she was seen with an oddly swollen cakehole near her central London home. Last night Anne denied having more surgery.

Anne's upper lip appeared stretched and with a white “moustache” – while the skin above her lips had puckered.

Anne blamed her odd-looking mouth on SUN CREAM.

Yesterday a friend claimed: “Anne overdid the sun protection on her upper lip.

“She used too much balm. She has been filming the Weakest Link back to back this week – so she’s had no work done.”

The star, who has a £60million fortune and a new £5million deal with the BBC, really shouldn’t be pursing her lips.

Yet something was amiss as Anne – linked with millionaire David Collins, 51, since splitting in September from hubby John Penrose – was spotted in Kensington, central London.

The look gave Anne a passing resemblance to actress Leslie Ash, 48 – whose collagen lip implants went horribly wrong in 2003.

Yesterday Gwen Davies, nonsurgical manager from Transform Cosmetic Surgery, said: “It appears as if Anne has had lip filler treatment to her upper lip lines rather than a lip enhancement.

“Seeing her without a scrap of make up would also suggest she has just had the treatment done.


“This type of procedure involves numbing the lips, which unsurprisingly leaves patients looking slightly swollen.

“This treatment is very popular with women who have fine smoking lines around their lips.”

Anne has confessed in the past to having had a facelift. She added: “I don’t know why only Joan Rivers and me admit having plastic surgery.

“Practically everyone on TV who is 60 and over, and doesn’t look like they are, has had it done.”
