However bad it is, Im probably going to say its okay. I can never say a series is really bad. With BB8, I enjoyed it lots of the time.

There really no point in having high expectations for a new series, I learned that mistake last year
I will say I have an OPEN mind about BB9, but thats how far its going, for the time being

No high hopes. Format has burnt out for more reasons than one. Dermott gone and Davina going after BB9 means they are getting out probably because they know in advance what changes are coming to the format and don't like it..

Both getting out while they still have a reputaion in broadcasting.......A BB9 that remotely resembles the long term and planned fixing that BB8 suffered from will destroy the format and CH4 credibility to handle the series once and for all....

Watch BB9 for this will be the last one ever.....

By all means, I'm looking forward to watching the fresh, new series but I don't want to get my hopes up, because it mightn't be as good as he want it to be. Hopefully it is (touch wood). Best thing to do is not build your hopes up, too much. I have a good feeling it'll be the best yet though!

Me too.. its just a feeling I have. I honestly didn't think it this time last year in the run up to BB8. But this year... i dunno... I think we are in for a great series. It lies in the hands of the producers. If they want the show to continue... they better put some effort in.

Not like last year with "Flop-ecca de Hung"

It's either make-it or break-it this summer, I wreckon. The producers know this though.

Yes I do have high hopes. But that doesn't mean I'm completely hyper with excitement. I think this series will be good but then again I won't be gutted if it isn't.

Last year was horrible. I really didn't enjoy it at all.

I hope this year they go back to basics and stop trying so hard to make it better. If the right bunch of housemates is selected, then they won't have to add gimmicks all the time to raise the viewing figures.

I'd like to see a good mix of people in the house this year. I'm sick of the same vapid wannabes.

I think it will be better than BB8, I mean how could it be any worse? I hope the producers have learnt valuable lessons after last years' disaster.

I'm trying not to be too excited though as last year I was really looking to it but was very disappointed.

The house pics are giving me some hope though as the house and garden look bigger and there doesn't seem to be a secret house. Lets hope we have entertaining housemates, exciting tasks and good weather this year.

I didn't have high hopes or expectations for the series - but then the news that Davina would be quitting (and this time it seems a very likely possibility) gibes the series new importance to me and I think they'll want to send Davina out on a high.

The house pics and news from heat too has also raised my expectations too.
