Anyway, my unlikely theory is this

For a task or maybe something else there is a smokers divide

The smokers have to quit smoking to get the "rich" side

By being on the "rich" side means they save money by not spending money

Maybe the rich side are aloud to smoke anywhere outside and they aren't forced to smoke in a designates area, hence being no ash tray. The poor side might have to sit in the ash tray which is humiliating.

Of course it isnt! Discrimination is when its abuse for something that cant be changed i.e. race, age etc. They chose to start smoking and wreck their lives. Big Brother would just be helping them wreck it
