Who's had the most unusual name in Big Brother history? Sorry if I forgot one, they were the strangest I could think of.. |

I was torn between Spiral and Kitten, but chose Spiral. Science gets an honorable mention.

Shahbaz. But it's a toss also with Kinga, Shanessa and Aisleyne. All of the others are nick-names or names that are usual in foreign countires [i.e - Indian - Shabnam, etc]

^^ Yeah he is, but 'Shahabz' is not a common Aisian name, is it? Not like Amir, Tariq etc.

Nush's real name was 'Anoushka' as far as I can remember but the producers asked her to go under the name 'Nush' so not to cause confusion with the other Anouska in the house.
Bubble's name was 'Paul' and again the producers asked him to use his nickname. Josh from BB2's name was 'Paul' but they too asked him to change it. He chose 'Josh' from the title of his favourite album, U2's 'The Joshua Tree'. |

Shanessa is -not- a Welsh name. I'm Welsh, and 'Welsh' names are like Bethan, Catherine, Sian, Rhian etc etc.
Or if you want to be really Welsh: Dilys, Cridwyn, Heledd, Catrin ![]() |

I can't remember who I even voted now! But all the quite weird ones are nicknames or are normal for that country I think.

Well, if you rule out all the nicknames for a start, then get rid of international names (Which are probably far more common in their own country) the only ones left are Gos, Sissy, Sandy, Aisleyene and Chanelle.
Sandy, Aisleyene and Chanelle aren't unusual or uncommon names. So there we have it! Either Gos or Sissy had the most unusual name :P |

They're all quite strange but voted for Aisleyne simple because I kept pronouncing it 'Ice-Lane' for like. a week.

Sandy isn't unusual in the slightest, in fact I'd go as far as to say it's common.
