It's not even two weeks into this year's series of Big Brother but already more seems to have happened in this short time than in the whole of last year's lacklustre effort.

And this Friday, the two nominees with the most votes will leave rather than just the traditional one.

But in another twist, the two evictees will be spirited away to a secret bedsit where they will spy on the other housemates.

With the eviction of the feisty, rebellious Kitten and recent under-the-duvet action bewteen Michelle and Stuart there's plenty to talk about this year.

The claustrophobic design of the house has provided ideal nooks for bitching and clique-making.

You may not like any of these characters, but at least they are interesting!

Victor has become and early favourite of mine. last night, he fired a barrage of insults at Nadia, calling her 'Mrs Jimmy Hill' and 'I can sink my chin with the Titanic' - class.

But the most annoying housemate has to be camp Marco - his endless 'arf arf' seal noises, girlie screams and proclaiming everything to be a 'dramaaah' is grating...
