Is Alex\'s getting better or is she just more discreet?

She isn't kicking off as much as usual or is she just not kicking off in public. She seems to be doing a lot of bitching behind the HM's back. Just the other day the strong upfront confident women took to bitching about Rex in the Diary room. Is this better or worse than telling the HM's what she thinks to their faces.
