They might have a public vote to decide the housemates who are going to face the HOH eviction vote, but that would only work if more than 2 were up

Why does everyone hate the American way of BB, its a different format to ours and works just as well, It is sometimes better than BB UK becuase the HMs can discuss nominations and form allicances ect.

i have nothing against BBUSA but i prefer the UK way
i dont look at BBUSA as a big brother... more of an american gameshow like beauty and the geek because it is very staged and has a lack of interaction with the general public but like it for the reason that it is different. although what is up with their BB houses do they never change layout just the hideous decor!

I meant that alot of people on here slag off the american BB, but the only reason alot of poeple do it is becuase they try to prove a point that britian is better than american, for example my brother and my dad, alot of people on here see it as Britain Vs. America when it comes to BB, lets face it if BB UK was a bit more like BB US it would be miles better

now now, BBUS and BBUK could both use pieces of eachother's style. BBUS needs a bigger budget and better casting, BBUK needs people to stop playing nicey nice all the time and using the house for fame.

Personally I don't think they're comparable. BBUS is like Survivor in a House, BBUK is like Domestic American Idol. Two different shows.

p.s. BBUS came out before BBUK, and had public voting the first year but we voted out all of the interesting people early(sound familiar?) the show was a lovey dovey borefest, so the format changed.

My friend with due respect I think you are making a wrong assumtion that the British are tring to make themselves out to be better than the Americans by slating their version of BB.

Simple matter is some will like American version some will like the UK version....Policial feelings are nothing to do with it at all.....

I havent't seen a poll but my guess is each country will support their own version in the main simply because it's what they are used to..... There is one thing mankind world over has in common and that is a resistance to change....

Why do think we have hard core political groups. Hard core religious institutions. All of which are like that because they resist change.....Versions of popular TV show aint any different.....Most i believe will want there own brand....

Your lucky if you enjoy both versions then that fine. Enjoy..
