Any Welsh speakers on the forum?

There are a few, but we had this problem with another thread a while back - nobody else could understand when members talked in Welsh.

Moderating is easier if we know what you're on about. Feel free to talk in Welsh on MSN etc., and use this thread to find fellow Welsh speakers.

Italian is a language, English is a language, French is a language. They are learnt by millions from around the world, Welsh??? who now welsh apart from the welsh, thats all im sayin

Welsh is a language.

Italian is a language for Italians. French is a language for French.

It just so happens people learn those languages too, for when they visit.

I know people who don't live in Wales but have learned the basics of the language.
