RANDY Lisa Appleton gets so pumped up during training sessions she jumps on boyfriend Mario to burn off even MORE calories.

Mario also bragged how they dress up as a NURSE and RAMBO for other kinky sexcercise.

In his first interview since being evicted from Big Brother on Friday, the "Italian Stallion" told the News of the World: "We train at home and combine that with sex.

"The best time is just after we've worked out, you still have great energy. I rate Lisa ten out of ten—she hits the bullseye all the time.

"We're not the type of people who say, ‘It's bedtime we better have sex.' It's like having a sandwich, if you want it now have it now.

"We're both very physical people. The more you train, the more hormones are produced. Those natural urges push you to create and have sex.

"I'm always telling people to train with their partner—the sex is amazing."

Mario, who has been with Lisa for three years, also boasted of saucy games and revealed they even FILM themselves having sex.

The 18st gym fanatic—who calls himself the Italian Stallion because he says so many people tell him he looks like Sylvester Stallone—said: "To be honest we all do things on mobile phones that we probably shouldn't. It makes it very exciting though.

"Between us nothing is held back. She dresses up as a nurse and I dress up as Rambo. There are no boundaries.

"Her pure size and stature is amazing. When she has her high heels on she's like an Amazon."

He went on: "Lisa told me that she's been with partners who were rubbish in the bedroom and would climax after five minutes.

"Once you get close to her and you're a decent lover she loves it."

Mario also claimed that sales rep Lisa, 40, told him she turned down sex with three celebs— Eddie Murphy, Peter Stringfellow and a Middle East sultan.

He said: "She went to London's Hippodrome once and met Eddie Murphy. His entourage came over and said, ‘Eddie wants you back at the hotel.'

"She turned him down. A sultan was there with Peter Stringfellow on another occasion. She turned them down too.

That's one of the things that attracted me to Lisa. She had no money but all these offers from millionaires, yet her response would be, ‘They can't buy me, who do they think they are? They don't know me'."

Mario, from Warrington, Lancs, explained how before Lisa met him she was a struggling single mum. Her daughter Sophia is now 18 but the father deserted them soon after her birth.

Mario said: "People look at Lisa as if she's a glamorous beauty queen, but it's to the contrary because she's had very little in life.

"Sophia didn't even know who her father was for the first seven years of her life.

"And for 15 years Lisa was known as the girl on the bike, that was her nickname in Warrington, because she went around with her daughter on the back.

"That's purely because she had no money. She was also dating people who abused her. I felt sorry for the girl. She's never had anything." Lisa, who was recently filmed on a bike in Big Brother for a task, was also abused by several of her previous boyfriends, Mario said.

He explained: "Some of them emotionally abused her by telling her to take her make-up off, never to wear high heels and never to dress sexy.

"They're all of the things that she's craved to do from a young age because her mum was a glamorous beauty show contestant.

"One boyfriend used to lock her in his flat. She's told me other ex-lovers would kidnap her. They'd force her into a car and make her do things that she didn't want to do.

"She also dated a policeman and she found out he was on cocaine. He quickly got the elbow."

But her most disturbing relationship was with a taxidermist.

Mario said: "He took away all of her confidence. He said to her, ‘I'd love to kill you and have you stuffed and put you by the side of my bed.' He had stuffed birds of prey in his bedroom. He was really weird and creepy.

"He used to follow her to work. He even used to hide in the boot of her car when she was going out with the girls to make sure she wasn't up to anything."

Mario, who is divorced and has two daughters aged seven and ten with ex-wife Lorraine, is now planning on asking Lisa to MARRY him.

He said: "The reason I'd never asked Lisa before was because my marriage break-up was still quite raw and my children were still getting over it.

"I also had to set myself up financially as I was carrying over debt from the marriage.

"Lisa said she'd go to Argos and buy a cheap ring and we'd go to Wales for the weekend and do it there on the cheap.

"She was happy with that but if I'm going to do something I like to do it right and make it special for her."
