tTwists,dilemmas and forfeits!

I think the "twist" will be that the winner of the jeapardy game will have the dilemma of either taking the £50,000 and then choosing another HM to take their place in the eviction or,if they refuse to nominate some one else they will forfeit the money and still go up for eviction,which will put them in a no-win situation.
