Default Fishy Task Failure

Cor slimey gov!

Something Fishy Going On
Day 51, 18:46
Saturday 17 July

Vegetarian Michelle was given the role of the 'selector' for the Final Steps task as the tub of fish guts sitting before the housemates made her feel green at the gills.

Unfortunately her first job was to dip her hands into those guts and pick out housemates' names.

Shell tried to prepare Michelle by telling her, "They're OK. They're completely dead. They're just like marshmallows."

Sadly the marshmallow mind trick didn't work and Michelle cried, squealed, wailed and wretched as she pulled out the names to make up the pairs for the next part of the task.

Having been paired, Jason went to the Diary Room to answer questions that would determine whether Victor would climb the steps placed in the garden - thereby saving prize money - or go tumbling down into the pool of fish guts.

Victor nervously crept up the steps until Jason answered the question, "Who composed the Four Seasons?" with, "Someone like Mozart?"

The steps went flat and the Slick Man went in.

Jason got two more questions right before being tripped up by, "Which hot sauce is named after a Mexican state?" Guacamole, unfortunately, was not the right answer.

In went Victor again. And when his stint was over, he jumped in again for good measure.

Shell and Dan go fishing

With Nadia and Michelle looking on and gagging, Shell got on the steps, with Stuart answering questions in the Diary Room.

"What year did Hong Kong gain independence?" asked Big Brother.

"Ah, panty hose. 57? Sorry Shell." he answered as Shell went sliding into the fishy pool.

"That's so minging! It's disgusting," she yelled. "I could feel it up my snatch," she said before climbing the steps again, only to get another dunking.

Finally Dan took his place on the steps with Nadia answering questions. "Please be nice to me, please be nice to me," muttered Nadia as she walked to the Diary Room, crossing herself.

"This is not remotely funny," she told Big Brother. She got her first question wrong on failing to tell Big Brother who the lead singer of the Rolling Stones was, before going on to get several questions right.

Nadia then slipped up again, thus sending Dan tumbling. Twice. And was not happy.

A worried-looking Michelle then trooped off the Diary Room to see what fishy sick torment Big Brother had in store for her next...

All Shook Up
Day 51, 19:11
Saturday 17 July

Big Brother announced the results of the Final Steps task to the dispirited and pungent housemates.

"Pair one saved... nothing. Pair two saved... nothing. Pair three saved... nothing."

Housemates had therefore blown £15,000 of their prize funds. Plus, they stank.

But Big Brother then brought Michelle to the Diary Room where she was offered the chance to win all the money back by drinking a fish milkshake.

Michelle could not bring herself to even contemplate it however, insisting Big Brother respect her vegetarianism. "You would if it was my religion," she complained.

However, it wasn't.

Big Brother did show some compassion though, allowing another housemate to drink the rank mixture and save £5,000.

Michelle gagged just telling housemates about it. Stuart thought about it and even tasted it. "That is pretty grim," he said.

But it didn't take long for them to decide to refuse Big Brother's offer of refreshment, with Shell chucking the foul mixture on the lawn.

Housemates therefore lost £15,000 of the prize money, leaving them with £56,500...
