Morning Sunshine
Quote:
The combination of a mild hangover and being woken up to Agadoo has made for a slightly surreal mood among the housemates this morning.
When the 80s 'classic' woke the sleeping sextet just after 9.30am, the housemates spent the duration dancing with typical frenzy - at least some of them did.
While Stuart, Shell, Dan, Nadia and Michelle pushed pineapples and ground imaginary coffee, incredible sleeping man Jason kept his eyes firmly closed and refused to join in with the boogying.
It would have been nigh on impossible to sleep through the din of the music, what with Shell's jumping up and down on the spot and Stuart's grunts of unbridled pleasure - so one can only assume by the strain worn on Jay's face as he tried to block out his housemates, that he was praying they'd go dance to the hula melody elsewhere.
While he drifted back to the land of nod, Nadia threw on a black tube dress, a pair of fishnet stockings and white stilettos - in short, the ideal garb in which to do a spot of hand washing in the outdoor tub.
Stuart, meanwhile, took to slouching around the garden, while Dan slapped on some sunscreen and prepared to lap up some rays.
His plan was put on hold when it came to his attention that the bedroom was harbouring a dragonfly. Armed with a shoe and claiming to be over his fear of moths, the six-foot-five hairdresser took a swipe at the offending creature.
But as he disposed of it in the garden, his fear of winged insects made a sudden reappearance.
"It's gone now Daniel, it's gone," Michelle assured the panic stricken giant. "Hanging by its long..." shuddered Dan, so disturbed he was unable to finish his sentence.
Jason was on hand to offer his own words of comfort. "Are you still here?" he asked as he strolled into the room and caught sight of the hooded hairdresser. "I thought you'd have went every time you'd been up for eviction?"
