Default So, What\'s With The Bird Chirp, I Thought It Was For When They Say

Something about someone from the outside world, but I'm just not buying it anymore. I think they're trying to save something for the Daily Show. I can't imagine that someone is sitting there and when they hear a reference to the outside world or someone on the outside, they instantly press the button. The chirping is left on even after the person is done speaking and then you see some others speaking in another room. You can't hear them over the chirping either. The whole house can't be talking about something on the outside world. There has to be a REAL explanation.

Of course their is a real explanation. Any time somebody curses a block will be edited out instead of pinpointing the single word. And their are LOTS of cases of talking about the outside world. Try holding a convorsation with a group of people for a prolonged period without mentioning something about 'the outside world'.

Dont worry, its not a conspiracy. Endemol are not out to get you.

They can block whatever they like... it is their tv show. They can show you whatever they want to show you.

Was that my question? No.

And BTW, the Daily Show has cursing in it anyway.

Yeh its mid day, the Highlights are after the watershed. When theres any swearing, mention of the outside world of any branding it is censored.

I'm from the outside world too, and I'm absolutely confused with the so called live coverage and these bird sounds. I hear this chirping nearly all the time, and it's simply impossible to follow any chat between the housemates. How can anyone seriously watch this? How can any viewer get used to this?

Yes, despite the fact we're assured you're from the outside World - they still have to block out any discussion about it.
This is for many reasons, I'm sure you can think of them yourself but I shall get you started: They may claim slander against someone else, comment on an ongoing court case etc etc. All of these things cannot be broadcast.

And I'm sure as hell BB won't get themselves banned off of television forever just because a few fans don't wanna hear some chirping now and then.

they also have to cover any talk of brand names such as tesco which is why the name is covered on food packets its so channel 4 dont have to pay costs to companies same when they have music it has to be allowed first cos of royalities etc

This was a misunderstanding, with outside world, I meant, I'm not from the UK. So I found this quite irritating. I'm sure there are good und not so good reasons vor the birds opera, I hear all the time. The thing is: I just can not watch it this ways. It's unwatchable for me. And I don't understand how people could get used to it.
