I get this pain all the time. It can do with the way you have been sitting for a while. I know it will be sore but take MASSIVE breathes to stretch everything out again and do some little exercises.

I posted the almost exact same thing a few months back... I'll try and find it.

http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/foru...php?tid=103719

Except mine kept happening when I lay on just one side, happened for months.
Once I rested it (as in, lay only on one side, didn't lift anything heavy etc) for about a month it seems to have healed (except I'm still scared to lay on that side anymore).

1. it's too bad there's no Wii warm up and stretch game you can play before the virtual golf game. lol... that would be sad

2. seems andy has had that same prob for over a year lol... get it seen to.

Hahaha, or at least an anger management class between each green. I swear that game turns me into an animal.

Thankfully, my rib is now healed (well, at least I hope it is - I haven't dared sleep that way since the injury so I can't really test it).

I think I'd be a little more than embarrassed! ... though I'd be pretty embarrassed.

NHS is free yeah, but it means waiting in a packed waiting room with bleeding(literally, not the phrase "bleedin'") drunks and the result of many-a bar scourges for hours only to be told they don't really know (nor care) what is wrong with you and you'll have to come back in a week if symptoms persist.

Plus I'm from the North, we're well 'ard here.
