Default Dying celebrity- doing it for the kids?

Dying celebrity - doing it for the kids?

So Your mom is a national symbol of various things, some good most bad, but in her last weeks she's getting paid for people to document her demise which will be shown on TV. With the power of the internet this footage could exist right through and beyond the kid's lifetimes so I ask you the TiBB public:

What are your thoughts?

She gets paid for being a celebrity. She wants to provide for her kids.

I wouldn't be expecting her to hold down a 9-5 office job in her last weeks of life just for the sake of decency.

I actually am approving of her using the fame she has to gain money for her kids after she's gone. I think it's a sweet thing to do.

you shouldn't try and censor other people's opinions.... if you disagree them then fine, go ahead and argue it.... but don't chase ideas away from a forum....it's why we're all here.

Well she isn't exactly wanting the money for herself is she? So good on her for getting as much money to support her kids for when she is gone. Shows she is a caring mother and wants to make sure her children have financial support as they grow older (especially in such a dramtic time for the UK economic crisis).

Why do her kids need anymore money than she would have left them in the first place? Her children can do perfectly well without being surrounded by money, so I think Jade should keep a tiny bit of dignity.

The children will be growing up without a secure chief income earner.

How do you propose, in a few years, that even food can be afforded? She needs a nest egg there for them for even the most basic things.

Also; without this disease she may have wanted to send her kids to a higher level school. Money can only buy this.

Money can change things
and make a mess.

I am sure her kids would do well without Cash.

How much money is 'enough money'?.

I'm not a parent but surely if I was one I'd want the best possible and most secure life I could get for them. If I was a parent I don't think there is 'enough' for young children really. Remember they're only very young, the money has to last them a long while.

she has 4 million... she's dying but would rather spend those last days with her head on the TV instead of with them . God... if the kids can't make it with 4 million than how's 5 million going to help them hehe.

at the end of the day shes a mum and like most mums just wants the best for her children.

And because she knows she wont be there for them she wants to make sure they will be able to live as comfortable as possible.

I expect she would want to live the last few weeks she has left assured that her children will be financially secure for the future. shes facing death in the face which is big enough let alone knowing your kids might go without when they are older.
