Default 42,000 Eastenders complaints!!

Hello!

On Gmtv this morning they said that 42,000 people had complainted about Danielle being killed in Eastenders.

They were debating whether Eastenders has made a mistake and is it possible to bring her back and do they ( GMTV) think they'll bring he back somehow!

IF lol they think they've made a mistake and wanted to bring her back, what would be the most realistic way to do so? after all it willl be difficult as we saw her killed we saw her in the motary and there's a funeral next week!

Fake body in the coffin?

Like a mix-up.

Although it has already been filmed.

This is why I hate soaps. Viewers take them SO seriously. Anyway, it is a soap, characters will always come and go, it has to be kept realistic. It's not like Danielle was the only character on the show.

I don't see how it was realistic at all. It was predictable, and bosses were just too lazy to develop the story any more.

The ending was BS. We waited months and months for that ending. I don't blame those 42,000 people. I feel like complaining myself, that ending wasn't good enough.

hey fellow welshy! by realistic i mean IF they were going to bring her back and thats a big IF they cant just say she wasn't really dead etc like dirty Den we saw her die, on the slab and briefly in the motary it would be hard to convice us she wasn't actually dead.

If it was aimed at me, I didn't say the death was realistic, I said soaps aim to keep the show realistic.

I don't even watch it so I have no idea how it happened or why.

I dont blame people complaining, they pay the tv license... and when you follow a story for months and months and then it just stops and leaves the audience unsatisfied they are entitled to complain or ask for their money back.

Oh god, it reminds me of the Free Deidre campaign in 1997 where protesters got placards and stood outside Strangeways as though she was really in there

Its not the character its the storyline. It was the main storyline of Eastenders for a year or w/e and it just ended there and then.

Maybe the car wasn't real and it was all in people's heads because there was a gas leak?
