Default What is the most mental pain you have ever been in?

Mine was when i really fancied this girl, about a year ago, and i asked her, what she would say if i was to ask her out, and she said yes. so that evening i got her chocolates and a few other gifts, and planned to ask her out. I got into school and gave her the big bag of presents, and she looked through them and then threw them in the bin. then she said "I have got a boyfriend now" and walked up to this guy in my tutor, who she was going out with, and snogged him right in front of me. That hurt

Being told that my best friend had a secret girlfriend of a month by another friend who fancied the same girl; clearly he was finding it hard to deal with it, so he told me, but I instinctively refused to believe him because 1) I was sure my best friend would have told me, or I'd have at least picked up on it and 2) I knew he fancied the girl, I reckoned she would have lied to him to get him to not be interested in her, told him she had a boyfriend and the rest of the details got confused along the way. He told me not to tell anyone, so I didn't, and for six weeks I had him confiding in me about how hard he was finding it that one of his friends and the girl he liked were going out, and that our friend didn't even care about her enough to make it public etc.

Eventually I got sick of putting up with it and just asked my best friend; bearing in mind it had been six weeks of being told he was doing something that I didn't believe he would; and he denied it to my face, and then texted me the next day telling me that it was all true. I lost all respect for him, and it's taken another six weeks for me to even feel comfortable speaking to him again, because I honestly had no inkling that he was going out with this girl; before or after my friend told me about it, and it was a huge strain on me to be doubting all three of them, especially because it had nothing to do with me in the first place. By the time I asked him if he was going out with this girl, they'd been going out for nearly 3 months. I find it insane that he could have a 3 month long relationship kept entirely secret, and that she would even put up with that!

For woman i know it's if their man is cheating or has cheated.. Then again it's same for men.

I have never cheated, but did think about it... Is normal when you see another woman who is good looking, pure lust and nothing else.

It was last Monday. I'd just been pallbearer to my brother's funeral, and R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts" was playing at the service.

Anyway, I was supposed to go out with someone that evening and he cancelled on me, so I was feeling frustrated and alone, and then Everybody Hurts came on my iTunes shuffle. I spent about an hour crying and hugging a teddy bear haha.

Probably being in love. I would not swap this for anything in the world because it's wonderful but it got me so much pain, it's all ups and downs and you tend to never forget the downs.
But I guess this is life and if I had to do it again, I would do it the same way, things are meant to be in that way.

Your brother's funeral ? Sorry to hear that Shaun, really. That's damn unfair.

Same with me. I've had a pretty cushy life, only had one close relative die on me etc so for me it's definitely falling in love. Like Remy said, it's amazing but hurts.

Although I was cheated on and then we gave it another go and then I cheated, they weren't the worst parts, it was actually whilst we were together despite the majority of it being great, hard to explain but I guess you'll know when it happens. Such a cliche which I always said "yeah yeah" to but it's true, you'll know when you're in love because it'll hurt.

It still does now, but like Remy said again, I wouldn't have had it any different ... hence it being a complete head f.uck.

My brother being kicked by a horse. He is now mentally disabled. Feel really sorry for him, then get angry with my self as i don't think he would want to be felt sorry for

I love him to bits

I've not had the easiest life (But who has?) There's a few things that made childhood dificult which made me feel more angry and vulnerable rather then sad. I've had a few people die on me which hurt. I've kinda grown to become kinda cold (Maybe apathetic is a better word), I don't seem to get hurt much.

I've become good at coping I think.

Sometimes being cold is the best way to cope if you know what i mean.

Ummm...I don't think it's nice to say this, considering all the other posts made here, but I've been so lucky not to face any close deaths or tragedies. I've never been to a funeral and I suppose..I feel guilty that all this bad stuff happens to such nice people, then comes me, and nothing bad has happened..I shouldn't, but I wish just something would happen to make me understand what it's like to lose a loved one, and to appreciate how special life is. That's so selfish and I'm sorry, but it's just the way I feel.
