Default Blocking IP\'s
Is it possible to permanently block Kathy's IP form the site. I dont know if anything i just said made sense, but worth disscussing in my eyes.

Even if you could block her IP, their are various simple means of disguising or changing ones IP. All you have to do is throw the word 'proxy' into google.
