Totally agree Stu, her failing seems to be that she has tried to stay friends, if she was in the outside world she probably could of acted like most of us and just been blunt with Sree, but there is no escape in the house so correctly she tried to let him down gently, so they could remain friends.

I think she allowed this to happen because she wasn't getting the attention from Chris, who is probably the only one in the house who she really fancies! Noreen is the type of girl (IMO) that is used to getting the best looking and ' cool' guys to fancy her. The fact that Chris didn't - meant she allowed Sree to flirt with her.
