Completely for it. It's a violation of an individual's rights not being allowed to marry someone with mutual consent.

All for it, you can't ban love, you love who you love. Shouldn't be called 'Marriage' though it should be called 'Civil partnership'.

I'm indifferent. What does marriage even mean these days? I don't see any point in marriage, so personally I don't think gay people should be fighting for that right, it just seems a bit pointless to me.

I'm in different about it, but probably more in favour.

I don't see why a gay couple, who may well love each other very deeply, have less right to marry than a straight couple, who may feel the same love between each other as the gay couple.

But then again, I grew up believing and experiencing that marriage is naturally between a man and a woman. I'm gay myself, but I don't think I could ever marry a man (although I'm well aware that may change later in life) but I would like the option open to other gay couples who do want to get married.

I dont see what is wrong with it,
but gay friends said they wouldn't get married anyway seems as they think it came from the church and religion is against their lifestyle so they see it as weird to anyway

Same thing here. It's been our upbringing and we can't change that.
I'm straight and the idea of 2 men or women getting married sounds weird to me.
However, people are allowed to do whatever they want if they love each other so I have mixed feelings because I may fear values are being taken away but then again, I'd hate people to make whatever I want with the person I love impossible.
I know I do sound conservative to death but hey, I can't help it.

Marriage comes from religion, I think, and religion isn't exactly enthusiastic about gay people so maybe it is best to leave it for man and woman
I should be for it but actually I kinda am against it

Have you read the Bible? It is not exactly crazy for children, blacks or women either. Depends which part you pick and mix to call your 'faith'.

Marriage goes back much further than the church in Rome.

I'm in favour of straight marriage, therefore I'm in favour of gay marriage, cuz I really don't see the difference...

It doesn't affect me when 2 people get married, so I don't really give a flying f&*k who they marry, which gender they are, colour they are, race they are, religion they are (or aren't as the case may be).

Basically, I don't see the point in it not being allowed. Marriage is a commitment between two people. It's not for anyone else to decide if it should be allowed or not.
