I personally reckon he is a male version of Lisa but has been overlooked due to the pure hatred for Lisa's crew. He does the same stuff as her rallies his troops bitches about whomever and leaves the thoughts to process.

A prime example was tonight's HL show with his attack on
Tom (although most likely trying to enlighten Norien)

Both Lisa and Marcus seem to have a deep sense of insecurity.

I dont think Lisa is insecure.... she just likes to be king pin,take what she can and give nothing back.The trouble is she has to have a couple of allies around her to make her look bigger than she is.
Marcus is just deluded and immature... although sometimes she percieves people well and makes some good mature points occassionally.
