In the corridors, the inmates ran frenziedly and without direction. Livia, on the way back, bumped into a panting Ken who told her what was happening, and she grabbed his arm and ran for the control tower. She suddenly realised who he was and pushed him back, before locking herself in it. She found the phone and made a call to the emergency services. She couldn't cover this up.

By the time the next morning had dawned, the fire was extinguished but had completely devastated the kitchen and canteen. The charred corpse of Netta was carried out of the complex by the coroner, as an investigation was held into the cause of the fire. Later that day, it would be ruled that a gas leak was to blame, but Livia knew it wasn't an accident. At least for now, she could nod and play along as though nothing terrible was awry. The state prison authority were notified of the incident but she played down its effects, reassuring that the other 15 inmates were still alive and well.

For now, she had an extra worry of Stefanie's burns to attend to. She brought in a registered nurse to stay in the prison's small but capable ward, and she'd since diagnosed them to be only second-degree. For Stefanie, and for Livia, the recovery would be painful.

just to clarify, a few people have PMed going tactically with this... but if the Killer makes the final undetected and with incredibly view votes over the SITDs, I (and hopefully the other judges) will interpret this to be the sign of a very good Killer and bode well for them in the final scoring.

Having played this twice before (ICB2/4), winning once (ICB2) and judging once (ICB3) I have a good perception of this game and I have been following players movements within it. You may want to think about your strategies for the remainder of the game as you have two things to worry about; other players but also the killer.
