The real reason we're heading for no deal is we don't produce anything the EU wants... My guess is our products are inferior and more expensive. Deregulation wI'll be a sticking point and food standards.

We've not learnt any lessons from the BSE crisis, look at the recent problems on Turkey farms.. coronavirus could quite as easily started here as Wuhan.
In my opinion.

But we were told they needed us more, and that there was no way that German car manufacturers or french wine/cheese producers would allow the EU to not give us everything we want.

Yes the Turkey Farms
it's a shock for this time of year.

But we are in the Coronavirus Worldwide Mess
it has effected every nation.
So BrexitCorona is going to be terrible.

But it will not defeat the UK

Honestly, the only hollow joy to derive out of all this will be reminding Brexiters that this is what they voted for. When everything goes to ****, it'll be what they wanted, and I'll be happy to ask them if they think the grass is greener when we tumble out the EU without a deal.

Any and all post-Brexit problems will be reframed as post-Covid problems.

Yup, very little will shatter the delusion of brexiters that still think everything will be okay. They'll blame everything but their decision to leave.

In Principal

The UK is removing their Irish clause that upset the EU.
