Perhaps someone would say exactly WHY some ministers are against May's deal. At the moment it looks like it's all about personal image and how their soundbites reflect back on themselves.

Get. On. With. It.

The PM only wants the Labour Leader
to debate live on BBC1HD.

Many have said it should
be this weekend not 2 days before the vote in Parliament

some even speculate if UK is doing a ''no deal brexit'' they could still go into talks with EU after that, i was reading this last night, on wiki page of brexit negotiations

but most think UK is going back how it was before the EU existed, that could happen with a no deal brexit, and a ''no deal brexit'' is realistic now because most in Parliament are against May her deal

no deal brexit will be worse for the british economy than May's brexit deal

The PM has Confirmed she will debate
The Labour Leader wants it on ITV before
the Jungle Celebrity final. (he was on itv's This Morning)

[The Labour leader said on Thursday morning that he had agreed
to the proposal being offered by rival ITV
but not the format being offered by the BBC.]

Default The EU - Referendum - 23rd of June 2016 - in or out?

Great ... chance to see two well practiced liars at work ..

Think I'll give it a miss ... tbh

It's very odd that we accept it when these people get up on stage and just say what we want them to say or what they think we want them to say ..

I'd like to hear some honesty one of these fine days ..

The PM was Live in Parliament Brexit Questions
Session 9AM today for 90mins
Again never revealing her Plan B.
Sticking her to Stubborn Plan
that everyone has said will not get enough votes
on Tuesday 11th Dec , in Parliament.

As much as I love politics and would choose the debate over IAC in a heartbeat... there is nothing appealing of watching a debate with Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn. What an utter waste of time.

Will be hoping Theresa May wins though.

I might watch just to learn more about the UK political scene in general. Why would it be boring though? Do they just stick to well-rehearsed talking points? (i.e. a Hillary Clinton kind of debate)

Leave Hillary

But it's just boring. I'm a BOB - Bored of Brexit!
Also why would I miss IAC for some stupid debate where we already know their positions (well... maybe not Corbyns)

We'll certainly be OK, Nicky But I do think our UK friends will be fine whatever arises, they'll get through. Right now it seems like a bit of an intentional stalemate to stall them leaving and it's to be expected with the high stakes involved...

I watched a documentary yesterday and I can see where it can get boring. There's not much to "watch" except an increasingly nuanced "holding pattern"... what is the debate is for? If Corbyn wins the Thunderdome, does this mean he gets to go to Brussels as an alternate negotation partner...? :|?

There's no point in any debate.
If she was asking voters via a referendum fair enough.
She isn't.

Voters cannot vote in parliament.
All she is doing is hardening and further alienating those against her plan among MPs.

A debate with her is futile, she won't listen to anyone else, she sidesteps and waffles on from the set tape playing in her own head.

Nothing will change.
If I was choosing I'd take the ITV format, the BBC now get bogged down on certain points and turn a debate into anyone other than the main people involved.

It was aimed to be a head to head.
Corbyn will reveal nothing, he will want to hold any hand he has until the actual vote is done.

Mrs May will spout out her set script and dismiss any other view as usual.

MPs for or against her deal likely ending up as frustrated by her as even her own MPs questioning her today.
When she just failed to be convincing or really answer their main point.

This for me, any debates are a waste of time.
If she was holding a referendum on her deal, fair enough.
She isn't however so any debate is now at this point pointless.

It's all she ever does, nothing new.
Any debates with whoever, never mind Corbyn, will be the same.

She has a set script in her head which she won't move from.
So nothing will ever be answered.

The same applies to Corbyn, however he's not in government so needs to holds any cards be has close to his chest.
Pointless to debate with her as she simply does not listen to anyone else anyway.

She's tried to show strength, she's effectively wasted over 2 years.
However strength is not real strength if it's rigid with no flexibility when needed.

She's divided not united, and it appears failed to satisfy either sides of the argument.
We are heading to be left with either leaving with no deal in place.
Or not leaving at all thanks to her mishandling.

It's a mystery to me how she is now even believed as to what she says politically, never mind trusted with this massive issue.

Two remainers debating our exit, great. Well I think Corbyn is a remainer, it's hard to tell with him.

Channel 4 are plotting for a debate between Boris vs Blair. at least that would be a more balanced debate.
