We are now on to week 4!

Sadly we lost Ammi and Jay last week but Ammi will be joining us as a guest judge for this show.

We also have Mitchell returning to our panel this week!

The theme this week is Caribbean Infusion as chosen by last weeks top of the leaderboard Denver


Who will be heating up the dancefloor and who will be leaving the judges feeling as cold as December.

It is time to hit the dancefloor!

*1. First up is Denver and Alison with a Charleston

I think you had a really difficult dance for the theme, but I think you did better than I would’ve expected, however it just didn’t feel very Charleston to me.


Ammi:
you definitely stepped up on that dance floor and moved like a pro... you were electric, darling


Amy Jade:
I think you had a challenge here, this felt frantic rather than a well balanced dance, I think you kind of over complicated things sadly.


Barry:
Oh boy. I liked the song but, to me, it didn’t scream Charleston. But that might just be me. Points for song though

2. Next is Kate and Louis with a Street Dance

The Beatles are shooketh! Not a bad routine at all, it fit very well and I can imagine it making a nice dance.


Ammi:
baby you worked it all out and you shook it all up in a way that street dance has never been worked or shooked before


Amy Jade:
I think you did really well here, it was an unexpected choice that worked for me, street dance is my favourite and I'd be lying if I wasn't desperate for a banger.

I’m digging this one. For a street dance it was a good choice

3. Next is Slim and Louise with a Jive

seemed a bit too slow for a jive for me, seemed more of a Daniel O’Donnell than a Jay McGuinness, just a bit slow and lacking something special, I hope you can do better next week


Ammi:
I don't care what's right or wrong and I won’t try to understand...let the devil take tomorrow, Lord tonight I need your jive...there was no right or wrong on that dance floor tonight, there was only you


Amy Jade:
I think this was a little laid back for my taste for a Jive, could be a taste thing but I love a powerhouse Jive and this wasn't it but you still put on a show for us


Barry:
Again it didn’t scream jive, sorry, maybe I’m being too harsh about it and it was difficult to find a song that fit the dance

the QUEEN of samba music did that? It was very interesting and gave me very strong Caribbean vibes, I’m sure Adam will be very pleased with this, and you should be too, well done!


Ammi:
there was something about that samba that had us burnin’ up like heat...you danced those colours and we felt them


Amy Jade:
Gorgeous! This was everything I could ask for and then some, you really did something special tonight and I think you'll be a finalist if you keep this up.


Barry:
It was a good attempt at the samba. You had good dancing moves but your footwork could be better

a bit of a non event I’m afraid, it was an interesting take, but was just lacking something for me I’m afraid.


Ammi:
you made that Argentine Tango look effortless and filled it with grace and elegance and confidence...every line you created was perfection


Amy Jade:
I think you had a real task tonight, a tango to raggae is a tough one, I think you did fine but I never felt any passion tonight sadly.


Barry:
Finally! A dance I can get into. You did excellent work on the dance floor, I can’t really fault it.
