I've absolutely no idea what the launch twist would be, I can't even guess. I don't think it'll have anything to do with old housemates, they might do that other times. Any ideas??

Well there's clearly gonna be one with the theme & besides if regular bb didn't have a little twist on launch it would probably be quite boring. Cbb would work without one though imo.

I have no doubts that there will be one.

There shouldn't be though, I disagree that it would be boring, in fact I would find it pretty refreshing if there wasn't a twist straight away for a change, they should be let into the house and given the night at least to mix with each other, without any hidden earpiece, secret mission type garbage going on.

Hopefully nothing. A good twist would be no twist at all. The launch night should be an significant event enough without it being ruined with a twist. To say it otherwise, it doesn´t need a twist, as the season starting is a good twist in itself.

I originally thought that it would be something like this:

13 HMs enter and then it is revealed that 10 or so ex-HMs are waiting backstage ready to go back in and we vote until Friday for the 3 we want.

That's a twist I would actually quite like!
