It just seems obvious to me that they had to cancel it? It was hardly a fair vote, was it?

I would have thought that they needed to get rid of a few to whittle the numbers down for the final

And you think it is fair that housemates who were up for talking about nominations are released from their punishment?

When Saffia (tink that was her name) walked they still had an eviction the same week, so whats the difference now. Methinks it was all planned

Saffia was not up for eviction so the eviction vote itself was not compromised. That is the key here: the eviction vote itself is unreliable since there is no way to know where those Kenneth votes would have gone.

I am appalled and aghast that there is no eviction this Friday but I blame Kenneth for it. Once he had walked I don't think Channel 4 had any option. You can bet Channel 4 are more annoyed about this than anyone on this forum.

The idea that this is some kind of conspiracy by Channel 4 does not stand up to scrutiny.

Eviction night is the biggest Big Brother night of the week and thus one of Channel 4's biggest weekly events. There is absolutely no way they would cancel it unless they really felt that had no other option.

Fair vote as an example:

100,000 votes go to Kenny

90,000 go to Marcus

70,000 go to Hira

Kennys vote now gets cancelled so 100,000 votes that would have gone elsewhere are now void. Whose to say Hira for example wouldnt have copped Kennys votes had he not been up...it is def right to cancel all.

Thanx for the info, I am a bit gutted was looking forward to Friday, I think BB should let us all get one free vote next week I reckon to make up for any votes made this week, maybe they will do a mid week eviction instead

I have looked at the C4/BB website and have seen anywhere that BB have cancelled the phone lines, nor have I seen that eviction night was cancelled. If you have seen this on the website could you copy and paste the link to here.

It does not say that eviction night has been cancelled. So don't give up hope.
