The frame they use to get onto the roof is there for a reason. After Marcus and Siavash clambered up there a few days ago BB could have removed it. They chose not to. It is there as a prop and the pleading from BB about elf and safety is just for show. It makes good TV.

I hate it when a housemate walks. Talk about losers... There should be something written into their contract whereby if they walk, they have personally to compensate everyone who called to vote, everyone who had arranged to go to the eviction and any other cost they can think of. Then there should be an embargo on any publicity concerning them.
