Default Lisa was in the dunce class in school!

Lovely Lisa was in the dunce class in school.

Are you surprised by this revelation?

not really, but what I dislike her for is not this but her nastiness and aggression

did laugh when she said "I'm quite clever really, I just don't listen"

No, because she is thick as fcuk. She is incapable of having a heated debate without raising her voice and thus she is a dunce.

However, so what if she was in the dunce class. I wouldn't think any more or any less of her because of that.

Dave also said he was in remedial class at school. Then Dave made me laugh when he said 'but we have it in other areas, like you (lisa) are good at eighties music'

Really helpful on her CV

Bullies are morons. Their way of relating to others is by intimidating them.

I would wager that there parents were mostly responsible for their poor learning rather than anything mentally wrong with them

Sorry but this thread is so wrong, my beautiful nephew has learning disabilities and is therefore in "the dunces" class. It is sickening that some of you are taking the pŁss over this. There but for the grace of god!!
Some people are just so mean putting threads like this up, yet you slag bb housemates for being mean! Hypocrites

My daughter has learning disabilities (dyspraxia) but i dont find this thread particularly offensive. There are a lot worse on here. And it was the Lisa who stated she was 'in the dunces class' her words not mine

I thought Lisa was incredibly brave to mention this at all. A lot of children are made to feel 'ashamed' by their peers (and some adults) as a result of being classed as having 'learning difficulties' or 'special needs'. All that counts really is how they learn to cope with it in this aggressive go-getting world, and, as with everyone, how basically 'good' they turn out to be. Some children compensate by having absolutely amazing skills.

Exactly ,what they lack in some parts they gain in others ,but to get off on making them appear backward idiots is not big and its not funny

Yes i have been very supportive of her and anyone that has been involved with LD know that there is laughter and tears to get thru it. She is now a very succesful adult but in the past when i have helped her with her CV we have jokingly made comments of what could go on it and she was never offended.

The remark I made was meant as a joke, and im sorry that you couldnt see that.
