Next year BB need to stamp out this refusing to nom situation from the start.The hm`s should be told before they enter the house that anyone refusing to nominate will leave by the back door immediately. and will not appear on any further BB related or spin off shows, and they need to stick to it, and act as soon as anyone refuses.This series has been controled by the hm`s not BB and it has suffered badly for it.

BB could still say though, a number of HMs refused to nom so the whole house is up.
