I know what it means. I don't think people are using it literally though. Just like when someone gets called crazy. It's just a figure of speech for describing someone who is acting like a crazy person. I wouldn't take it too seriously though.

I wouldn't say she was boring. If she was boring, I would neither like or dislike her. Roberto was (in my opinion) boring. I didn't care either way about him. Vanessa was also boring.

The fact that I dislike Makosi means that I don't think she is boring. If she was boring, I wouldn't care.. ye get me? I dislike her personality. I dislike her as a HM to watch. I dislike her in general. It's just a personal opinion.
