Well not necessarily,I usually sleep fine,I just don't sleep when everyone else does. I'm not an insominiac,they're people who can't sleep at all. Although I havn't had a decent sleep in a few days. Stress.

Well not irregular,I still get 8 hours sleep or whatever,just not when everyone else is,lol! Hmm I do hope so,I say it has to get a lot worse before it gets better. Always the way!
