It's a meat like another. I love horse, especially in my stomach, very tasty but a bit expensive.
I also like shark, snake and ostrich. I don't eat them on a daily basis (I ate shark and snake once).

Horses are lovely domestic animals - they should not be slaughtered for food. There is plenty of food available so is not necessary! Seems very uncivilised to me!

That's called the best cuisine in the world. We're also the best bakers too
I may not have French blood but I like the food, better than the English one at least. I remember when I lived for a bit there, I only liked Fish & Chips.

It only seems strange and uncivilised to you as you have not been brought up in a society where it is the norm. If eating cats and dogs was normal practice in the UK, I doubt you would have a problem with consuming them. Unless you were a vegetarian of course.
