Maybe because she doesn't have any discernible talent? I am surprised though because judging by the absolute cak that gets into the charts (note Nadia's single reached the top 30 last year) talent doesnt count for much. The sounds of a strangled cat to a dance backing track could make number one.

I think her single would have stood little chance anyway. It's so competitive out there.

Even if it's good and it does materialise, her 15 minutes have just about passed, so it won't get much airplay.

Nah, Vanessa is not fat. However, I wouldn't care if she was fat and released an amazing single. The issue for me is can she sing?
