Default Shabby, i do not believe that is her grandfathers hat
when she and Keeva turned over the hat in the diary room the lining inside looked brand new, i think it is just an actors prop for her. i also have my grandfathers hat and the lining is very worn from years of ware, hers looked new.

i think the hat is a security blanket for her for whatever reason.. maybe she likes it because it seperates her from hetero women

she appeared to be kicking the hat when she threw it on the floor near the end of the diary room piece.cannot see her doing that if it really meant alot to her she would not want to damage it at all

I bet the house smells better after that stenchy old Steptoe hat has gone!

I bet who ever picked it up from the DR was wearing an anti contamination suit!

that hat is obviously important to her, they should have left her alone, but Ife had to have her cigarettes and didn't care who it upset.
