All the HMs have one - so what's the big deal? BB is nothing more than a protracted GAME show and if you want to win it you have to beat the other HMs.
Some HMs are more blatant and ruthless than others, bitching and ganging up on agreed targets; some try the "I'll just be myself" strategy (fine if you're actually an interesting character); some try to make themselves indispensible in some way (hogging the kitchen), or to be "everyone's friend", or start a fauxmance to engage viewer interest, or to play the victim to gain sympathy, etc etc etc. Yet every year we hear indignant cries that so and so is "playing a game" ![]()

Yes, it's not a good idea to deviate too far from your game plan of choice. It can be kind of hard to backtrack if you momentarily forget yourself
