Tory boy Benjamin has already had a taste of fame starring on American Princess and Ladette to Lady, in fact he admits he'd do anything to avoid the standard nine to five job. He currently spends his time taking extra roles for TV and has written diary pieces for the Mail on Sunday and the Daily Telegraph.

As well as insisting he's not posh Ben claims to only be 27 and is adamant people should believe this. He's prone to lying as 'it makes life more interesting' and once told friends and family that he was going to Egypt to work on a book but in fact he was taken on a free holiday by a professor.

He is single but says he is currently involved with two people who are already in relationships, which he is supposed to be keeping schtum about. His biggest secret is that he once had a relationship with a beautiful 18-year-old before being seduced by her mother.

He's extremely passionate about politics and obsessed with the Middle East, wishing he was an Arab. He claims a harem of Arab girls would improve his home life as not only are they beautiful but they would also look after him.

Ben claims to not know a lot about Big Brother and hasn't told anyone he applied for fear of judgement from his friends and family. If he could take one luxury item into the house it would be a competent hairdresser and stylist

ARROGANT well we have all seen the LF we know he is.. an arrogant contempt for the weak hell he should be wearing a t-shirt with it printed on!! Instead of using all Mario's clothes... & of course He claims a harem of Arab girls would improve his home life as not only are they beautiful but they would also look after him.. he expects it of others .. thinking himself that he deserves to be 'looked after' & even had the audasity to consider himself a 'prophet' (he doesnt follow others they follow him) = pathetic...

A GCSE in maths & art only qualifies Ben to paint by numbers you know & if you hug him.. mind his bruises wont you it's where girls keep pushing him away with 10 foot bargepole lol

Guess what, your "cut & paste" has been available to all of us for weeks, and we too watch LF, HLs and the BB related programmes so we all have access to the same information. Regardless of this, loads of us thank god Ben is in the house this year because he IS the show and has been since day 1.

I don't care if he's gay, bi or straight; whether he's 27 or 37; whether he tells lies; whether he does or doesn't do the tasks etc etc. What I do care about is that he makes me laugh and that I love listening to whatever he has to stay. The reason he is so popular is because he is entertaining, NOT boring, predictable and conformist like the rest of the nonentities in there.

If im honest (which I am of course) I love the banta too.. best part of the whole BB experience is to watch & enjoy the show & log onto a BB forum and have fun along the way with fellow BB fans regardless of their HM choice its all good lol

one one liner from josie perhaps a 'oooh that curry has gone right through me' and it would have made me smile.. listening to Ben does not.. i repeat does not make me smile...so entertaining is not a word I associate with Ben AT ALL!
