It's Monday and we all know what that means... Nominations! But this week, it's not so straightforward. Housemates have been gathered on the sofa to be told the news.

Last night at 11.46, Dave once again broke the rules by discussing nominations when he specifically stated to Ben that he 'could never nominate the Baron or Josie'. He is therefore unable to nominate AND will be facing eviction this week! Yes, that's right, Dave is up!

Tut tut Dave... will these housemates never learn?

Let's not forget that he could well Save and Replace himself tomorrow though...

Furthermore, as they've only been in the House for a few days, JJ, Jo and Laura will not be nominating and can not be nominated.

As always, we'll be bringing you the results of this week's nominations first so stay tuned...

That's a joke, he should be banned from being able to save himself in the task as well!

That aint no twist, I was expecting either nominate to save, or to put up for eviction but the 2 or more with the least votes get put up!

Bit unfair that Dave is automatically put up when Caoimhe wasnt, sounds a bit like they want him out this week because they fear their favourites could be put up. Heres hoping he wins the save + replace, manipulating sods.

They are for once listening to forum members, people were calling for him to be put up for rule breaking, so they did.

I don't blame BB because they are the 4 most popular housemates and create a lot of interest, although it also would be unfair on the others too

Cant have 1 rule for 1 and another for somebody else, it should be up to the public, not the flipping producers.

It has been jj and Ben,many times.Bens my fav but does not change the fact those two should get the same treatment as Dave.They are just as bad.finally daves been punished for it.why not them? Did they fear he may throw votes the way of the golden couple perhaps?

Tbh, Dave was mor eblatent with the talking of noms, he actually said names and discussed it, others didn't.

However i think all the HM breaking the rules should be put up, and then the HMs still need to nominate the ones that ARENT up already and we would have a brilliant bunch up for eviction.
