Every year it is the same old same old.
THey forget about the cams and start acting real and then they send in 3 new housemates fullly aware of the cams with loads of outside info to remind them it's a show...then just as they are settling down...BANG! send more in with betting odds and all they need to know. See by the time 6 or 7 weeks have gone past the new housemates see the originals like bb fans and will not hold info from them as they kiss ass to get on the good side of them. maybe bb should of been 7 weeks long??

Post of the Week:
Mandatory reading for future BB producers: Bang On: Quote:
Some side of BB casting actually DID make an effort to find more people who are a little deeper and require time to 'get to know them'. Other we dubbed 'Slow Burners'. Basically the kind of people who we need to explore and get to know more slowly but more richly. Then your scenario happened and this was disastrous given the type of characters we had. It would have been better to just run a lot of Shabby's and Sam's and Glamour models IF we knew they were going to continually 'restart' and keep reminding them it was televised. But anyways.. don't want to add much because you called this particular problem bang-on. |
