Default Notice the titles...
In order that the names appear:

Brendon | Rachel [evicted]

Matt | Kathy

Enzo | Annie [evicted] | Lane

Kristen [evicted] | Hayden

Monet [evicted] | Ragan

Britney | Andrew [evicted]

Matt and Kathy are now the only two people appearing together still in the house (except Lane and Enzo).

Well, they houseguests were in the house 5 days before the first episode aired. Therefore, the alliances probably were created before the titles were created.
