In the past week I have been reported by anti-Dave fans for positive posts about him. This is what DS sent me last month:

What is offensive about my statement?

Last night somebody wrote the thread: Sam Lovers Listen Up: which basically wanted fans of Sam to target Jo for Friday's eviction. I did a similiar thread under the title: Sam Haters Listen Up: which wanted people who hated Sam to vote Jo out anyway because she's soooooo boring. This is what I got sent today.

No matter how much you hate the guy, at least he can't bore you to death like the cougar does. Do the right thing & evict Jo.'

If that really worth a ban? Have you seen some of the s**t people write about Dave & other the housemates on DS which never gets reported? Anyway, this DS b*ll**** makes me realise that 'Thisisbigbrother' is the only forum to be at.

Digital Spy is ridiculous, you get banned for farting on there... And no matter how many e mails you send them to protest they never reply... I used to simply make a new account & re-join but cannot be ar*ed anymore...

The ISP on investigation can if they find the complaints to be valid prevent you from going onto that website, they will write to you and warn you about respecting other people and if necessary can suspend your contract.

If you then decide to go with another ISP your original ISP are legally bound to inform the new ISP of your behaviour.

Its not about being lacking in morals, its about not accusing people of criminal activities without sufficient proof. 'Putting your money where your mouth is' is a saying meaning dont just talk about it, do something about it.

Its not like most of the mods here are any better. The mods here like to give infractions for everything. As soon as someone reports a post they give the poster an infraction without reading what the post says.

Looks pretty straight forward to me. If the rule says not to use thre word Haters and then you start the thread with Haters in the title it is a no brainer.

I find the mods on here okay, if you keep within the rules then nothing to worry about.

Rules are rules and although I have fallen foul of the DS mods from time to time, I do agree with them that the use of inflammatory language such as " haters" and "morons" is highly disruptive and such use should be dealt with severely .....
