I think a chat show is a great idea for Pete,i'd like to add Paul o Grady too
and make it the Pete and Lily show(as in Lily Savage)
but i think their guests would get a hard time

I think he would make a great late night chat show host, He would be good doing Russel Brands job lol.

It all depends on what channel it would be on, the time slot, and the calibre of the guests involved. The BBC wouldn't touch it, and neither Channel 5 nor Channel 4 (see Graham Norton) would provide a big enough budget to attract decent guests. They tried this in America with Sharon Osbourne, and it failed miserably because the audience had no idea who the vast majority of the guests were. Pete is like a UK version of Joan Rivers, and they could learn a hell of a lot from some of her tv work.

I think he's vile, he's got no respect for anyone, who inflicts such damage on themselves that means never being able to drink without a straw? He used his nasty, spiteful comments to reduce another person to tears - "Just for FUN!" If he gets offered a chat show I'll write a letter to complain. Give him the right guests to give as good as they get though & I might watch it!

Give him a cigarette sponsorship, they damage your health too! At times he was funny, but most times 2 faced, vicious, selfish & a bully. Gorilla FUR coat or whatever it was - give me a break.

Anyway, I would so watch it. If it came out on dvd, I'd buy it. If it had any sort of merchandise, I'd buy it.
