I'm not being funny here, but I'd love to know what Nikki does to make money.

She's spoken in the house about 'going on holiday to Australia in November...then to Africa in March for a safari...'

She's also told Brian she hates paying 'lots of tax'.

Tax on what? What does she do? And how can she spare TIME to go on two holidays for such long periods? More to the point, how can she AFFORD two holidays in four months??

If anyone knows how Nikki makes her money 12 months of the year, please let us know. I'm intrigued. Thanks.

She writes for OK magazine, so far as I know.

She most probably has a few quid invested from when she had her own show, maybe some money left from her book as well.

She has a diploma in beautician, she was doing that before coming to BB. She has one performing arts training, she has a column for NOWT and OK mag.

It wouldn't surprise me, at all, if she simply gets paid for letting them use her name and they have "proper" columnists writing them.

Nikki is almost certainly freelance, i.e. self-employed. Not an employee.

So she can do as much or as little work as she wants and take holidays whenever she wants.... obviously provided she's earning sufficient to finance her lifestyle, when she is actually working.

That must be a great position to be in. Do feck all for much of the day. Have around six-ten holidays per year and get others to do the work for you. And get paid as if you're doing it yourself.

These magazines have certain budgets. I think the total profits before tax and other spendings is in the hundred thousands to low millions, not tens of millions per year. They have to pay staff and publishing costs and losses.

Nikki gets paid about 50 quid for her time.

It wouldn't be a vast amount, agreed, but is more likely to be in the £200 - 300 range.

The parent company of OK makes a profit of about £40 million.

in an onlike OK poll nikki came on top as the celeb most people want to read about. She does online column and you can see she is coherent, has wide use of vocabs, she has potential do be different things, she's also doing DJ work and has done few gigs already but would love to see her in a sitcom.
