Some of you might remember saying a couple of months ago that I absolutely hated my French teacher ans she was making my school career very difficult and demoralising.
I have finally come to the decision to quit French after a very nasty parents evening last night where she basically said to me and my parents, "your son is going to get an E or a scrape D and has no chance of getting a C" I personally found this an unfair comment, as, although i was stuggling, I did still think that I was capable of getting a C. Last night was the final straw and im fed up as she fails to seem to be able to give encouragement or anything to boost my moral. I feel that I am making the right decision as my parents were very pleased with the other 3 subjects and I feel carrying on with this subject will only limit my success in those subjects. What is everyone elses experience on quitting subjects? Do you regret it? Am I making a wise choice?

I think I'll carry on to half-term then see, that would be the most sensible thing to do, but to be honest I cant see myself going much further with the subject after then.
Thanks everyone
