It's very strange. Yes, i have seen men with that 'barrel-shaped core' and the 'six pack' look (to use an americanism),
however, these men are also extremely husky in the pecs, shoulders etc. and not that much fat. power-lifters.

But he has this small upper-frame and is quite pudgy. then this extreme olympic power lifter middle??
How odd.

I didn't really get a close look but was it really some kind of prosthetic or comedy thing?
Because it did not look natural at all. Some kind of plastic surgery?

I might try and YT that and take a second look.

It's bizarre but that really does seem to be what has happened. The liposuction isn't unheard of,
